We may decline a project if it is not suitable or conflicts with our values.
“Free website” and pricing
Our offer means:
• No upfront design or build fee
• You may still need to pay for third-party services (domains, hosting, premium plugins)
• Any optional ongoing services are priced separately and clearly explained
We never charge without agreement.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
• Providing accurate business information
• Supplying content (or allowing us to create it)
• Ensuring your content is legal and that you have rights to it
• Keeping any login details secure
Website ownership
Unless agreed otherwise:
• You own your content (text, images, branding)
• We retain ownership of our reusable code, structure and design systems
• If hosted on your own hosting, you get full admin access on launch
• If hosted by us, we may retain higher-level access for security and maintenance
Timelines
We give realistic timelines, but they can change depending on:
• Delays in receiving content or feedback
• Technical third-party issues
• Scope changes
We will always keep you updated.
Acceptable use
Sites built by us must not be used for anything:
• Illegal
• Fraudulent or misleading
• Abusive or hateful
• Malicious (spam, malware, etc.)
We may suspend or decline work if a project breaches acceptable use.
Third-party services
Your website may use third-party tools, such as:
• Hosting providers
• Email providers
• Analytics tools
• Plugins
We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services, but we will try to help resolve issues.
Limitation of liability
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything that cannot be excluded by law.
Otherwise:
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
• Our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous 12 months (if anything)
